E-Statements


Steps to enroll for E-Statements:

  1. You must have an email address listed on Front Line.
  2. Sign on to the Front Line as usual.
  3. Click the Statements link under the "Accounts" tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click on E-Statements, listed under the Statement Options on the left side of the screen. You will then see a drop down to "Select an Account".
  5. Choose the account(s) you wish to enroll for E-Statements and click "View Statement"
  6. Read the E-Statement Agreement and click "I Agree".
  7. Type in the text as it appears on the screen and click "Continue".
  8. View your E-Statements!

How to verify your E-mail address for E-Statements.

  1. Log into Front Line.
  2. Above the "Transfers" button there is a button for "Prefs". Click on the "Prefs" link.
  3. On the left side of the page, click on the link that reads "Edit Contact Information".
  4. The next screen will let you see and/or make changes to your contact information for Front Line. Verify that the e-mail address is correct. If it is not correct, change the e-mail listed and click the "Preview Info" button.
  5. The next screen will allow you to verify the information. Then click the "Submit Info" button.
  6. Your E-mail address should be correct and you should now receive your E-Statement notification.
