If you have lost, misplaced or believe your card has been stolen, freezing your debit card instantly stops all transactions on your card, giving you time to search for it. If you have any unauthorized transactions, freeze the card and contact FSNB Customer Service immediately at 1-800-749-4583.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account with your debit card, move quickly to freeze it before additional damage occurs and contact us immediately. Please keep in mind, any automatic payments that have been set up, will not process on a frozen debit card.
