Who
Founded in the 1940s during World War II, FSNB (formerly Fort Sill National Bank) was created to serve enlisted soldiers—an innovative approach at the time. Unlike traditional banks, FSNB tailored its services to meet the financial needs of service members, a commitment that continues today with specialized offerings like military graduation loans.
FSNB’s success at military installations, starting with Sheppard Air Force Base and Parris Island, led to nationwide growth. Expanding to bases across multiple states, the bank built lasting relationships with service members. In the early 2000s, FSNB extended its reach to civilians through grocery store partnerships, particularly with Walmart, providing convenient, community-focused banking. Today, FSNB blends digital banking with physical locations, ensuring easy, affordable banking for everyone!
FSNB has remained family-led for four generations. After founder Dolph Montgomery, his daughters Zelda Montgomery Davis and Roma Lee Porter took charge, expanding the bank beyond Fort Sill. Zelda’s son, John Davis, then grew FSNB into a multi-state operation with over 70 branches. Today, his daughter, Tiffany Davis Schaefer, continues this legacy as CEO, ensuring FSNB’s future remains strong.
For over 80 years, FSNB has provided reliable, customer-focused banking. Whether serving military personnel or civilians, we remain dedicated to accessible, secure financial services. As we grow, our mission stays the same—offering trusted banking solutions with a personal touch.
