From a satisfied customer: On August 26, 2022, I went to the Camden, Delaware Branch and opened up a checking account. The staff there was absolutely phenomenal and extraordinary! When I opened up my account(s), the staff made sure I knew all the fees, minimums, and monthly fees, and also made sure I knew what I was signing before I signed to open my accounts fully and every staff in there was very tentative and cared about my needs, answered all of my questions and concerns as well, it was the smoothest and greatest experience I have ever had at a bank, I immediately felt welcomed, and comfortable. The branch was clean, sanitized, and stocked, and during the end of my account opening when the branch started to get busy, the staff are very well trained, greeted everyone, and handle the crowd very well, I could not believe my eyes on how great ever staff member was and how they paid attention to each customer and got us all in and out in a timely manner. I am so happy I chose FSNB Bank as my main bank because the branch is fantastically operated, the staff is knowledgeable and professional, and you can tell they care about their new & current customers. I’ve never written a letter about how pleased I am about a bank until now because the new customer experience exceeded my expectations and everything went so well, better than I could imagine as a customer. The CEO of this financial institution should be proud of their Camden, Delaware branch, the staff, and customer care when calling in or live chatting through the mobile app. The mobile app is fantastical - well designed, organized, and simple to operate. I also noticed as a new customer who’s been one for 24 hours the excellent security of this bank, which makes me feel very safe and secure when banking here. I mean I could go on and on about how great and fantastic FSNB Bank is, I love this bank and I will be a LONG TIME customer that’s for sure!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience inside and outside the branch. This bank is fantastic and I love being a customer of FSNB BANK!
Since my husband was assigned to Fort Sill, I decided to support his Company and become a FRG Leader, which was personally rewarding for me. I got to meet and help lots of people and was amazed that people recognized my hard job and in a short period I had earned very nice awards from the Army.
My history as a Bank Employee begins May 2014 when I decided to apply at Fort Sill National Bank for a Teller position; I was very scared but hopeful about it. My husband gave me a nice talk of confidence so I did it. After a few days of waiting I finally got the phone call from the PX Branch Manager Tamara Rietcheck, I was so excited and thankful that I cried over the phone. I didn’t mention it before but I was born and raised in Ecuador, located in South America. I moved to the United States in 2007 while my husband was serving a tour in Iraq as a Civilian Fireman. So as an immigrant, I wanted to make sure to follow my own career in the United States.
And my great time as an Employee a Fort Sill National Bank doesn’t end there. After I took the job, I decided to help a friend who couldn’t carry her own babies and became her surrogate. So after that major decision I spoke to my boss because I didn’t want to lose my job. She told me that what I was doing for my friend was something very special and to be sure about it because I would be off work for a while. But my story doesn’t end there just yet. A few weeks after that I was feeling like I was on top of the world with an amazing job, an exceptional husband and amazing coworkers that in a short period have become family, so I decided to take one of the most rewarding personal challenges TO BECOME A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Once again I spoke to my boss about it and she was very supportive of my decision, so I sent the paper work in to Homeland Security and after I got accepted, they gave me books and a CD to study. At my job, for security reasons, I couldn’t play the CD to help me study, but I did order some flash cards to help me study. The bank allowed me to study during my breaks and when we didn’t have customers in line; each employee took some flash cards and asked me the questions. The help and support paid off after a month I took my test and I passed. I called my Bank right away because they were waiting for the news, and in November of the same year that I started my job adventure with Fort Sill National Bank I became a Citizen of the United States of America.
Things are greater and brighter now for me at work with Fort Sill National Bank. Last month I got a promotion, and I am now a Shift Supervisor. I can’t wait to see what the future has for me with my Fort Sill National Bank Family!
From a satisfied customer: As many of us, I have banked most places at one time or another, Chase, Wells Fargo, American National, and others. I have yet to be treated like a ‘person” vs “customer’ until I opened my account at FSNB.I have been with FSNB for several years and plan to stay until I no longer need a bank. You will not find a better, more understanding, and considerate group of people at any business, let alone a bank. Not only is the banking end at FSNB a better deal than at the bigger banks, the ladies at Kemp in Wichita Falls, TX actually care about you. They want to know how your day is going, and try their best to make your day even better. They are never rude, or make you feel like they are doing you a favor just for waiting on you, like some of the other banks do. It also makes a difference that they talk to you like you are a lifelong friend vs just another “customer.” You’re not going to find a better banking experience, customer service interaction, nor a more pleasant visit than you will have at the Kemp branch. So let the friendly FSNB staff take care of all your banking needs.
