Can't find your debit card? Take action immediately to protect yourself and your money.

Lost or Misplaced: If you have lost/misplaced your debit card and you are a 5-Star online banking member, you can freeze and unfreeze your debit card by logging in to the FSNB Online Banking app and use FSNB's Card Control option under Debit Card Services.

Contact us immediately:
  • To report a lost or stolen debit card or PIN
  • If you have any transactions posted to your account that were not authorized by you

Report a lost or stolen debit card or PIN:

  • Representatives are available Monday – Friday 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am – 1 pm (CST)
  • After business hours your call will be directed to our Private Access System. Press 1 if using touch tone phone, then option number 4. Then enter your information as requested.
